in verse — A metal hula hoop lies on the floor in the centre of a glass sculpture. Stiff strips
of plastic are attached to it in a star shape and weighed down by the glass. I crawl into the sculpture, pick up the hoop and start pulling. The glass towers begin swaying precariously and make a horrendous racket when the
2000 wine glasses, vases, goblets, beer mugs, wine bottles, jars, milk bottles, drinking glasses, decanters, tumblers, salt shakers,
pitchers, flasks and panes of glass finally collapse, tower after tower.
